Let's kick off by saying that WildFire Expeditions is committed to protecting your privacy and your personal information. WildFire Expeditions has no interest in using your personal information for any other reason but to contact you and build a good customer relationship with you.
WildFire Expeditions has no interest in giving your personal information to any third parties and will not do so.
What personal information might we collect?
Your contact information is transferred to my phone. Access to this phone and my account on my computer is protected by fingerprint recognition and password respectfully.
When you fill out a form for an event, a copy of it will be held on one or both of the two above devices and protected as described. If you filled out a paper form it is recorded electronically (photograph) and protected, the paper form is destroyed.
WildFire Expeditions do not hold any of your financial information, bank details or card details. We will never give or sell this information to any third party.
Cookies may be used by Google to record technical information so we can monitor how many visitors we get to our website and how long you stayed on the site. This helps website owners see what we're doing right to gain visitors and write content that is interesting to you.
This information isn't personal, it's just statistics. Their take on this is available at
To help pay for the website and the hours we put into it and writing the blog there are some affiliate links on the website. These links simply tell the seller (e.g. Amazon) who has sent you their way by saving a cookie on your hard-drive. When you buy the item from the link we get a small referral fee. Your purchase price is the same as it would be if you had found the website yourself but we think you should be aware.
WildFire Expeditions will only recommend items that we believe are fantastic and probably even use them ourselves.
When you come on an event, buy something from us or subscribe on the website your contact information goes on the contact list. Sometimes WildFire Expeditions will send emails with things that we think you might be interested in such as new events. If you no longer want to receive these emails you might select 'unsubsribe'. When you do this your contact information will be deleted from our system until you either register for another event, buy something or subscribe again.
If you have any questions or want to make sure that we do not have any of your personal information on our system please don't hesitate to email us at
